I swear, if Kobato is wishing to bring someone dead back to life as well, that would just be too much, what with FWR, Fai and "Shaoran" in TRC all wanting the exact same thing. But I suppose her wish is to go to a certain place? Unless that place is Heaven (or Hell).

And basically this seems to re-confirm that we are operating more or less in the same world as Wish. Bring on the reincarnation!
