Got a guy friend of mine to buy the magazine in my stead today. Then all of us had fun mocking the other comics in the rag (I'd be interested in hearing Kodansha's rationale for publishing HOLiC in YM, and Chobits before that. Chobits is a bit more YM-ish, but if I had to speculate, I'd guess it's an attempt to boost the mag's circulation). Watanuki: Thanks.
They'll be pleased.

Kohane: I hope so.

When Yuuko-san learns that just he and I ate it, I wonder what sort of fate we'll meet. Mokona too.

Kohane: I'm glad.

Watanuki: Of course.

Watanuki: I heard she was persuaded by the old lady and Kohane-chan.

The fact that Watanuki says that he wants to be where he is, coupled with Kohane's unmistakeable look of foreboding when she says that she hopes Yuuko and Mokona will be happy, merely reinforces the obvious, that there is stormy weather ahead.
